Ben is an international student from Bulgaria. He graduated from Nantong University of China in clinical medicine in 2017 and received a bachelor’s degree in medicine. After graduation, he returned to Bulgaria. It is also because of his medical foundation that he was employed in an authoritative hospital in his country. However, he holds a Chinese academic certificate. Local authorities require Ben’s certificate to be notarized and certified.
He has returned to Bulgaria. How can he notarize it? In fact, Ben doesn’t need to worry. He just needs to send us a complete and clear scanned copy of the Chinese academic certificate, and then provide a scanned copy of his ID. We can go through the whole process of notarization and certification. The academic certificate needs to be notarized by the Chinese notary office (designated language), certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China, and certified by the Bulgarian Embassy in China. Such a binding document with notarial testimony and translation testimony, signed and sealed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Embassy can be legally used in Bulgaria. However, it should be noted that China’s academic credentials must be verified at www.chsi.com.cn.
