MOYO is an international student from Zambia. She enrolled in the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China in 2017 and graduated in 2020. Now that she has returned to Zambia and plans to work in the local tax department, she needs to notarize her Chinese transcript to verify the authenticity of her education. However, the transcript was brought back to Zambia. What should we do?
Certificates such as academic qualifications and transcripts obtained by China should be notarized in foreign languages by the Chinese notary office, authenticated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China, and authenticated by the Zambian Embassy in China before being used in Zambia. Note that the notarization of the Chinese transcript must provide the Chinese version. The notarial certificate will be bound into a volume, and cannot be opened or invalid. In addition, Chinese academic qualifications will be provided as auxiliary materials, and the qualifications must first be verified by www.chsi.com.cn.
