Ms Jane is a beautiful girl from China. She graduated from Wuhan University of Science and Technology in 2020. Because of her father’s business, the whole family considered emigrating to Malaysia through the Second Home Plan in Malaysia. During the preparation of the materials, Jane’s university diploma was required to be notarized and authenticated. She and her family don’t know what to do.
I believe there are many people in the same situation as Ms Jane. The academic certificates obtained by China should be notarized by the Chinese notary office, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China and the Malaysian Embassy in China before being used in Malaysia. Such a binding document with notarial testimony and translated testimony can be legally used in Malaysia. However, it should be noted that the Chinese degree certificate must first be verified by www.chsi.com.cn.
